This cake was a very last minute request by an agent that works in my office. Maria is such a great person that I couldn't say no, and with the results of this one I was glad I didn't. I had great troubles with the humidity and fondant that night, that at one point I believed there was no hope but with the help of my Wonderful Fiance this cake was not only salvaged but I believe it looks better than I had planned. I am one lucky woman.

Madri Gras 50th B-Day Bash!!!!
This Wonderful cake was created for
a 50th Birthday Bash with a Mardi Gras theme. The bottom layer was chocolate flavor cake, the middle layer was vanilla flavor and the top layer was strawberry as requested by the Birthday Girl. The entire cake was covered in fondant, then I add embelishments to add to the theme. This cake was a big HIT! Thank you for viewing.

Animal Print with Ganache
Here is a fun cake that every girl would want. I had fun with this one, it was for my little sister, turning 19. Flavor was chocolate with mint chocolate Andes mixed in, I then iced it and added edible paper along the sides in different brightly colored animal print. As the finishing touch I added chocolate ganache. Needless to say it was definitely a chocolate lovers cake and everyone loved it. The decorating could of gone better, but I made it in 5 hours when it should of been spread out between a couple days.
