Military Cake

This cake was a very last minute request by an agent that works in my office. Maria is such a great person that I couldn't say no, and with the results of this one I was glad I didn't. I had great troubles with the humidity and fondant that night, that at one point I believed there was no hope but with the help of my Wonderful Fiance this cake was not only salvaged but I believe it looks better than I had planned. I am one lucky woman.

AppleSauce Cupcakes

Take a look at these delicious cupcakes I made as a treat for the agents at my office. They tasted great and looked so special. They have fresh granny apple pieces, and walnuts in them and are topped with cream cheese icing and green apple candy.

Madri Gras 50th B-Day Bash!!!!

This Wonderful cake was created for

a 50th Birthday Bash with a Mardi Gras theme. The bottom layer was chocolate flavor cake, the middle layer was vanilla flavor and the top layer was strawberry as requested by the Birthday Girl. The entire cake was covered in fondant, then I add embelishments to add to the theme. This cake was a big HIT! Thank you for viewing.
